Star 736TCHSA 36" Electric Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Chrome Plate, 208v

The Star 736TCHSA Ultra-Max? griddle has a 1-inch-thick plate to resist warping. Since it is made of chrome, the plate is non-porous and will not transfer flavors. The unit measures 36 inches wide with three 12-inch sections, each with its own temperature knob. Operating at temperatures from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, each of the sections has a snap-action thermostat embedded in the plate. Splash guards at the rear and sides contain grease splatter and food particles to the plate. The base of this Star 736TCHSA Ultra-Max griddle is made of stainless steel, providing strength.
