Staff can modify temperatures with the digital control, which is factory preset at 145 degrees Fahrenheit. To reduce product waste, this unit evacuates toppings directly from the pouches, removing 95 percent of each bag.

The Star HPDE2 heated condiment dispenser is a low-profile unit that measures 14³/₁₀ inches wide by 21 inches deep by 27¹/₁₀ inches high. This countertop dispenser should be placed on countertops with a 14³/₁₀-inch clearance on its right side so the doors can open fully. While its stainless steel supports resist wear, corrosion, and rust throughout daily use, its high-impact plastic panels feature large, attention-grabbing font and graphics. To ease cleaning after use, the stainless steel drip pan can be removed.
