The Star HPDE2HP double hot food dispenser can serve cheese, condiments, and a variety of other warm products. Six 6-pound pouches fit in the warming chamber with two in a dispensing position and four in reserve. The operator can choose how much product is dispensed by adjusting the pressure-sensitive switches from ³/₄ ounces to 2¹/₂ ounces. At least 95 percent of the contents are evacuated, reducing waste to maximize profit. Heat in the warming chamber of this Star HPDE2HP double hot food dispenser is evenly distributed by the forced air system. The temperature is preset at 145 degrees Fahrenheit and can be adjusted with the digital control system.
