The Star PGT14I Pro-Max 2.0? sandwich grill is a perfect fit for small cafes and restaurants. Equipped with a 14¹/₂-inch-long bottom plate, the grill best fits thick wraps, sandwiches, and proteins. A single top plate is powered by a spring-hinge system to press down on food effectively for high-heat contact. A handle over the top plate lets users pull down or lift it safely. With the top and bottom plates working in tandem, both sides of foods are cooked deeply and evenly in half the time. Its highly conductive cast iron plates retain heat so orders can be cooked with minimal heat loss. The plates have a temperature range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit; operators can set their desired temperature in a built-in, analog thermostat.

A stainless steel construction encases the Star PGT14I Pro-Max 2.0 sandwich grill to disguise common scratches, scrapes, and scuffs. It also fights corrosion, so it can last long in commercial kitchens. A heavy-gauge conduit resists oil and water to protect electrical connection for extended use.
