Designed for high-volume establishments, the Structural Concepts NE4827RSSV slide-in display case has three tiers with two adjustable shelves to accommodate an assortment of beverages, boxed salads, sandwich wraps and other products. It measures 47³/₄ inches wide by 33 inches deep by 47¹/₈ inches high, with 27⁷/₈ inches visible above the counter. It's designed to slot into a countertop cutout to keep its mechanical elements easy to reach for workers yet out of patron's sight. Its EnergyWise refrigeration system reduces energy consumption and keeps products at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To protect the unit from rust and debris, its evaporator coil is coated in Blue Fin polymer, and it uses a condensate pan to keep liquid from pooling in the bottom of the unit.

The Structural Concepts NE4820RSSV countertop cooler is constructed not only to keep products chilled, but also to encourage last-second purchases as customers are checking out. It's completely open air and uses a LED lighting system to highlight products within. It uses an opaque back panel and two glass side panels to keep products in view from multiple angles and keep the focus on the case's contents.
