T&S S009306-20 Valve Stem, Stainless Steel

Used to shut off hot or cold water, the T&S S009306-20 valve stem helps prevent overflow during operation and maintains a comfortable temperature during use. This part is made of strong stainless steel?a corrosion-resistant material?and is a low-lead unit for increased customer safety. Resting beneath the handle, this piece screws into the body of the faucet with ¹/₄-24 UN male threading and creates a tight seal with washers. This stem avoids damage from water pressure between 20 and 125 PSI and water temperatures between 40 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
