The Taylor 9306N dual-temperature thermometer combines infrared technology and a thermocouple probe in one unit. Users can monitor the progress of cooking meats with the probe or check the temperature of a griddle with the infrared function. This unit is powered by included AAA batteries, and to preserve battery life, the thermometer automatically shuts off. Because it's splash proof, this thermometer is great for environments where it will be exposed to water.
