Thunder Group STPA2132 Third Size Steam Pan, Stainless - 12, (each)

The Thunder Group STPA2132 steam pan is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel and is designed to be placed in the opening of a steam table. Its 22-gauge design ensures a durable body that survives constant use. The pan's small size is conducive to preparing and warming side dishes such as steamed vegetables, warm rice, or gravy, and because of its anti-jam edge, it can be smoothly retrieved and refilled as needed. When emptied the pan can be conveniently cleaned in a commercial dishmachine, and it measures 12⁴/₅ inches long by 6⁹/₁₀ inches wide by 2¹/₂ inches deep.
