The standard-size Thunder Group SLFB009 fryer basket is made of nickel-plated wire mesh that allows food to be submersed in hot oil and fried. Using the front hook, the basket can be hung on a basket lift to let excess oil drain off the finished product. The basket features bottom supports that strengthen and reinforce the mesh, while its yellow plastic handle protects users from oil contact. The basket is 17 inches long, 8¹/₄ inches wide, and 6 inches tall.
