Great for serving large amounts of green beans, macaroni and cheese, or mashed potatoes, the Thunder Group SLRCF002 chafer features a lift-off cover, fuel holder, fuel plate, dripless water pan, 2¹/₂-inch-deep food pan, and foldable chafer rack. Once this unit is fully constructed, it measures 23⁷/₈ inches long by 13⁷/₈ inches wide by 13³/₈ inches high and holds 8 quarts of food for incorporation into cafeterias, buffets, and catered events. Its body is constructed of stainless steel to offer durability and corrosion resistance, while its plastic-footed feet provide protection for countertops and other surfaces. Because it isn't dishwasher safe, this full-size chafer should be washed manually for sanitation purposes.
