Town 18 1/2 qt Aluminum Braising Pot (34318)

The Town 34318 caldero braising pot can be used for braising lamb, chicken, and other food products. Giving chefs the ability to cover the pot once the cooking process concludes and let the food stew for an extended period of time, the unit includes a lid. To decrease heat-up time, the pot is constructed of aluminum.
