Town 22 3/5 qt Aluminum Braising Pot (34322)

With a 21¹/₂-inch width, 18¹/₂-inch depth, and 5¹/₂-inch height, this Town 34322 caldero pot accommodates 22.6 quarts of meats, beans, stew, or rice to accommodate Latin American cooking. It's made of heavy-duty cast aluminum, which withstands high-heat applications and long-term use. A cast aluminum lid is included and can be placed atop the pot to help retain moisture and heat to streamline braising and simmering. It can be lifted comfortably with the plastic knob.
