Town Bamboo Steamer, 12 in (34212S)

The Town 34212S steamer basket is used in dim sum steaming to prepare products such as dumplings and vegetables. In this cooking technique, the food products are placed on a sheet of paper in the basket and enclosed, at which point the basket is placed above a steam source to cook. Made of bamboo, this basket is 12 inches in diameter.
