The True STA1RRT-1S-1S-HC Spec Series® one-section refrigerator is made of stainless steel and aluminum to supply sturdiness. Its stainless steel interior floor resists corrosion and can be wiped clean. On the inside, bumpers protect the structure from carts and racks as they are rolled in, and each door has a durable ramp that enables racks to glide in and out smoothly. Both doors stay open at a 120-degree angle, so they will not damage or jostle carts as they are wheeled in. To help staff members see product, incandescent lighting illuminates the interior, which is safety shielded for protection. The cabinet retains cold air with dense polyurethane foam throughout its construction. Magnetic gaskets in the door frame prevent leaks, and the solid doors retain cold air better than glass.

The True STA1RRT-1S-1S-HC roll-thru refrigerator has a ceiling-mounted refrigeration system that sits away from debris on the floor and reduces tampering risks. This system cools internal temperatures by using capillary tubes and eco-friendly R134A refrigerant. When warm air enters the cabinet, the high-horsepower compressor and large fan blades help bring temperatures back down quickly. The internal temperature is shown on an external digital display in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
