True STA2RPT-2S-2S-HC 52 3/5" Two Section Pass Thru Refrigerator, (4) Left/right Hinge Solid Doors, 115v

The refrigeration system in the True STA2RPT-2S-2S-HC two-section reach-in refrigerator uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cold temperatures. Depending on how the electronic controller is set, the temperature can be between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Condenser and evaporator fans circulate cold air, and their motors are efficient with little heat production and energy use. Since the system is mounted on the top, it is out of the food zone to maximize space and sits away from floor debris.

To improve the unit's function, the condensing coil is cleaned with a reverse condensing fan motor. Each time the compressor turns on, the fan motor reverses for 20 seconds to blow away dust, dirt, and debris. Although this feature is automatic, it doesn't replace the need for routine maintenance.

Full doors on the front and back of the refrigerator make it a pass-thru unit, where product is accessible from either side. The doors are solid and made of stainless steel. Their self-closing design keeps cold air inside the cabinet, and the stay-open design keeps them open past 120 degrees for loading and unloading product. Locks on the doors prevent unauthorized users from tampering with the stored items.

LED lighting shines in the True STA2RPT-2S-2S-HC two-section pass-thru refrigerator so operators can see the stored items. They sit on six chrome-plated shelves, which are made of wire that encourages air to flow evenly. Constructed of aluminum and stainless steel, the unit is heavy duty, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean. In the cabinet and doors, foamed-in-pace insulation creates structure and provides cold air retention.
