The True STG1FPT-2HS-2HS-HC SPEC SERIES? pass-thru freezer has a top-mounted refrigeration unit with a capillary tube system, using R404A refrigerant to keep the cabinet cool at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors move air throughout the unit for heat reduction. To provide the shortest defrost system possible, a time-initiated, temperature-terminated automatic defrost system eliminates frost. An external digital display enables users to monitor the temperature.

The True STG1FPT-2HS-2HS-HC pass-thru freezer has an exterior constructed of a stainless steel front and doors with aluminum sides. Aluminum side walls and back in the interior provide corrosion resistant, while the stainless steel floor and ceiling are durable. Polyurethane insulation seals in cold air, and a magnetic door gasket forms a seal around the doors. Doors are self-closing and have a 120-degree, stay-open feature to prevent closing on users when loading product. Inside, three PVC-coated wire shelves maximize storage space, while LED lighting on the inside provides product visibility.
