The True STG2RPT-4HS-2S-HC two-section reach-in refrigerator operates at a set temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with an electronic controller, using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, an environmentally friendly option. Its refrigeration system is top mounted, preventing dust and debris on the floor from getting sucked in by the fan. Since the fan motors operate efficiently, they reduce heat production and energy consumption.

Moving air in a reverse direction when the compressor is turned on, the condensing fan motor helps remove debris buildup from the condensing coil, enabling it to perform more efficiently. WIth a consistently clean surface, the coil can keep product cool for longer periods and with less energy use. This mechanism, however, should not replace general preventive maintenance practices.

Stored items are held on six PVC-coated shelves that have a wire design, with gaps that encourage uniform air circulation in the cabinet. Cabinet lighting is bright, enhancing visibility so users can see the product. Strong and resistant to corrosion, the unit is made of stainless steel and aluminum, while polyurethane insulation increases structural stability since it is foamed in place and also retains cold air.

Constructed with front and rear doors, the True STG2RPT-4HS-2S-HC two-section pass-thru refrigerator can be placed between the front of the house and back of the house. It has solid doors on each side, with half doors on the front and full doors on the rear that are made of stainless steel and self-close to retain cold air. Past 120 degrees, the doors stay open so users can stock product.
