Temperatures in the True STR1RRT-1S-1S-HC Spec Series® single-section roll-thru refrigerator can be set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and are displayed on an external screen in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Mounted on the top, the refrigeration system does not operate near dirt and debris on the kitchen floor. The fan motors in the system are electronically commutated, which saves energy and minimizes the production of heat.

This True STR1RRT-1S-1S-HC one-section roll-thru refrigerator accommodates a 27-inch by 29-inch by 66-inch rack. Since the unit has stainless steel ramps, the racks can be rolled in the front and out the back. Each side has a solid door that stays open past 120 degrees, preventing them from getting in the way. These doors also self-close to keep cold air from leaking out rapidly. The interior has integrated bumpers that stop the racks from hitting the walls and incandescent interior lighting to brighten the cabinet and improve visibility.
