The True STR2F-2S-HC two-section reach-in freezer has an automatic defrost system that is time-initiated and temperature-terminated. The R-404A refrigerant maintains a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, which is ideal for frozen foods and ice cream. The space in the freezer is maximized to store more product thanks to the top mounted refrigeration system. The thermostat displays the interior temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Designed to run in reverse for 20 seconds when it turns on, the condenser fan motor removes excess dirt, debris, and dust from the condensing coil. When this integral part is subjected to regular, automatic maintenance, it promotes reliable and efficient system operation. It also reduces energy consumption and helps to maintain the coldest possible temperatures in the unit. While this self-cleaning is engineered to lengthen the system's lifespan, it doesn't take the place of preventative maintenance recommendations.

A self-closing door helps maintain the interior temperatures. The stay-open feature holds the door at 120 degrees for cleaning, loading, and unloading. The True STR2F-2S-HC two-section reach-in freezer has a heavy-duty, metal handle to withstand constant use. The interior is illuminated with safety shielded bulbs so your product will not be contaminated. This freezer is NSF-7 compliant for holding open food product.
