The True STR2RRT-2S-2S-HC Spec Series® two-section roll-thru refrigerator holds two standard pan racks, and interior bumpers protect the interior from damage. Users can load and unload racks on the stainless steel ramps in the front and back, while stainless steel doors self-close at less than 120 degrees and stay open past 120 degrees. These doors are durable and retain cold air better than glass doors, as their locks prevent unauthorized access and theft. Constructed of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are strong, rust resistant, and simplifies cleaning.

Temperatures in the True STR2RRT-2S-2S-HC two-section roll-thru refrigerator can be set in the range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigeration system uses R134A refrigerant to maintain these levels, and the components in the system are top mounted, so they do not operate close to dust and debris on the floor. This placement also ensures the evaporator is out of the food zone and not taking up valuable storage space.
