Durable for high-volume operations, the True STR3F-3S-HC Spec Series® three-section reach-in freezer has a stainless steel interior and exterior, simplifying the cleaning process and resisting rust. In the cabinet, nine adjustable, chrome wire shelves hold and organize stored items, while LED lighting is used to enhance visibility. Its self-closing doors are solid, so operators cannot see stored items as easily as with glass doors, though the solid doors provide better insulation. These doors have a stay-open feature past 120 degrees and lock to secure stored items.

Mounted on top, the refrigeration system in the True STR3F-3S-HC three-section reach-in freezer does not operate near dirt and debris on the floor. This placement maximizes interior space, though it can put the components in a hard-to-access servicing position. Operating at -10 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit has an exterior display that provides a digital temperature reading in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Ice buildup on the components is removed by an automatic defrost system that operates with time initiation and temperature termination.
