True T-50-GC-HC 2 Section Glass Chiller w/ 250 Mug Capacity, Black, 115v

The True T-50-GC-HC glass chiller can hold (240) 10-ounce steins or (250) 8-inch mugs inside the unit, where five PVC-coated wire shelves hold glasses and plates as they are chilled. A temperature of 0 degrees Fahrenheit is maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. High-volume airflow is created by the heavy-duty evaporator fan motor and large fan blades so glasses and plates are quickly frosted. The forced-air cooling system ensures all products are evenly chilled, and accessing the refrigeration system for maintenance is eased since it slides out from behind the front grill.

The black powder-coated exterior is durable and permanent, so the chiller ideal for high-volume use. This countertop unit is constructed from stainless steel to simplify cleaning, and the interior is made from galvanized steel for corrosion resistance. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation creates cabinet structure while also retaining cold air. For corrosion resistance, the evaporator is epoxy coated, while the True T-50-GC-HC glass chiller is great for bars since it provides customers with cold drinks without diluting them with ice.

Designed to regularly clean the condenser coil by running in reverse, the fan motor blows off excess debris and dust. This self-cleaning happens for 20 seconds every time the motor starts. When the coil is cleaned regularly, the refrigeration system operates efficiently with consistent product temperatures and reduces energy consumption. The benefits of this cleaning prolong the lifespan of the system, but they don't eliminate the need for routine preventative maintenance.
