The True TFP-64-24M-FGLID-HC prep table includes 24 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans that sit in its top compartment, holding ingredients that go on salads and sandwiches. An 8-inch-deep cutting board is integrated into the front of the unit to provide a place for users to prep ingredients and assemble dishes. Product in the pans stays fresh because a flat glass lid closes over the top and keeps cold air around the ingredients. For mobility, this unit has four 2¹/₂-inch-diameter castors with a locking front set for stability.

Extra ingredients can be stored on the four adjustable shelves in the cabinet base, and its two stainless steel doors can be opened with 12-inch-long handles. Aluminum and stainless steel make up the unit, while polyurethane-insulated walls secure temperature retention. Temperatures in the True TFP-64-24M-FGLID-HC prep table stays between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and a guided airflow system maintains uniform temperatures in the top compartment and base section. Its condensing unit can be accessed from the back.
