The True TFP-64-24M-HC prep table is equipped with an 8-inch-deep, white polyethylene cutting boarda€”removable for cleaninga€”to provide space to assemble sandwiches or prepare salads. The top compartment comes with 24 sixth-size food pans. This unit can keep food between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit by using a self-contained capillary tube system that controls the flow of R134A refrigerant. Its evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion and its condensing unit can be accessed from the back for maintenance.

In addition to its functional countertop space, the True TFP-64-24M-HC prep table has a cabinet base that enables additional ingredients to be organized on four adjustable wire shelves. Both solid stainless steel doors have 12-inch-long aluminum handles that offer a comfortable grip and magnetic gaskets that prevent cold air from seeping out. The stainless steel exterior with GalFan-coated steel back resists dents and corrosion, while the clear-coated aluminum interior liner is simple to clean. The interior floor is made of stainless steel and has coved corners.
