True TRCB-110-HC 110" Chef Base w/ (6) Drawers - 115v

This True TRCB-110-HC refrigerated chef base has a durable top that can support 2,000 pounds and is designed with a marine edge that keeps spills contained and off the floor, preventing messes. To keep ingredients properly refrigerated, the chef base has six drawers, each capable of holding two full-size food pans for a total of 12 food pans stored in the unit at once. These drawers can also accommodate several smaller food pans in different configurations if the food pans are 4 inches deep.

To maintain a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the self-contained refrigeration unit features a forced-air system and a capillary tube, which uses R290 refrigerant. The True TRCB-110-HC refrigerated chef base can withstand heavy use in chaotic commercial environments because its exterior is constructed of stainless steel. Its back is made of aluminum to match the front, while the interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner for efficient cleanup.
