True TRCB-36-HC~SPEC3 36 5/16" Chef Base w/ (2) Drawers - 115v

The True TRCB-36-HC~SPEC3 chef base is a stainless steel unit designed to support other pieces of larger equipment and hold them at a comfortable working height for the user. The base is equipped with two locking drawers with stainless steel facings and exterior-mounted handles. The one-piece stainless steel top features a marine edge to help stabilize supported equipment. The base is made to safely support up to 717 pounds. It is set on four 4-inch plate castors, two of which lock. The full unit measures 36³/₈ inches wide by 34⁵/₈ inches deep by 25¹/₂ inches high.

The refrigeration system in the True TRCB-36-HC~SPEC3 chef base is self-contained and mounted on the side behind a protective grill for easy access and maintenance. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold the internal temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Its drawers are stainless steel, and the cabinet features coved corners for quick and effective cleaning. The evaporator is coated in epoxy to prevent corrosion.
