The True TRCB-48-HC~SPEC3 chef base is a small, refrigerated set of drawers equipped with a one-piece stainless steel top that can support up to 717 pounds of extra weight. The base is made of high-quality, durable stainless steel and measures 48³/₈ inches wide by 34⁵/₈ inches deep by 25¹/₂ inches high. It sits on four 4-inch plate casters that facilitate mobility; the front set is equipped with brakes for stability.

This True TRCB-48-HC~SPEC3 chef base is equipped with two drawers with stainless steel drawer facings that can be locked when not in use to prevent theft and tampering. The drawers slide into a cabinet space with coved corners for easy and thorough cleaning. The side-mounted refrigeration system works to hold the internal temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using a capillary tube system and environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
