True TRCB-79-86-HC~SPEC3 86 1/4" Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers - 115v

The True TRCB-79-86-HC~SPEC3 chef base has a wide stainless steel top with a marine edge designed to support large pieces of kitchen equipment weighing as much as 1,084 pounds. This base is made to bring short tools and appliances to a more comfortable working height for the operator. It is 86¹/₄ inches wide, 33³/₈ inches deep, and 25³/₈ inches tall and equipped with six plate castors for mobility and easy maneuverability. The stainless steel construction is resistant to rust, corrosion, and other damage.

The four refrigerated drawers of the True TRCB-79-86-HC~SPEC3 chef base are insulated on all sides with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The refrigeration system in this chef base is self-contained and side mounted for easy maintenance. It uses a capillary tube system to circulate the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290 around the base to hold it at a cold temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
