True TRCB-82-86-HC~SPEC3 86 1/4" Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers - 115v

This stainless steel True TRCB-82-86-HC~SPEC3 chef base is durable enough to hold an extra 1,084 pounds as needed. It is designed to support other pieces of kitchen equipment and bring them up to a more comfortable working height for users. The sturdy stainless steel top has a marine edge for the stability of the equipment stacked on top of it. The base has four refrigerated drawers to provide storage for cold food items.

The refrigeration system in the True TRCB-82-86-HC~SPEC3 chef base is mounted on the side of the base, making it easy to access for maintenance. Its evaporator is coated in epoxy for corrosion resistance and a long service life. The refrigeration system works to hold the internal temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and can be controlled with the external digital panel. The whole unit measures 86¹/₄ inches wide and sits on six 4-inch castors.
