True TSSU-72-10-HC 72" TSSU Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TSSU-72-10-HC sandwich and salad prep table has a condensing unit that slides out from the back, supporting maintenance. Its self-contained capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the factory-balanced refrigeration system uses guided airflow to provide even temperatures to the cabinet and food pans. Low-velocity, high-volume airflow is created by large fan blades and a sealed evaporator fan motor. This unit can hold steady temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

After the compressor starts, the fan motor reverses direction for 20 seconds to clean the condensing coil. Removing dirt, dust, and debris from the coil helps to extend the unit's life and provide improved product temperatures. For optimal results, routine preventative maintenance should be implemented frequently.
