To hold plenty of equipment, the worktop is 60 inches long. In case of spills, the top is made of stainless steel, and its backsplash prevents messes behind the unit to ease cleaning.

The exterior is constructed of durable stainless steel with a matching aluminum back, while its base has one cabinet section and two drawers. For convenience, users can load one full-size food pan into each drawer, though these pans must be purchased separately. In the cabinet section, food is stored on two adjustable racks and the floor, as both sections have removable, snap-out gaskets and stainless steel floors to facilitate cleaning.

This True TWT-60D-2-HC worktop refrigerator has a capillary tube refrigeration system to regulate the flow of R290A refrigerant and create cold air. Large fans push air around items in the base, cooling them uniformly, while polyurethane insulation blocks out the heat. To access the refrigeration system, users can wheel out the refrigerator and pull the condenser from the back. Reducing routine maintenance needs, its fan motor is sealed and self-lubricating.

Each time the compressor starts up, the condensing fan motor reverses direction for a 20-second period to remove buildup from the condensing coil.
