True TWT-93-HC 93" Worktop Refrigerator w/ (3) Sections, 115v

The True TWT-93-HC worktop refrigerator features a backsplash that is constructed from the same piece of material as the top, so food particles cannot get trapped in it. Made of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated steel back, the cabinet is sturdy, and its aluminum-lined interior has a stainless steel floor and coved corners to facilitate cleanup. The cabinet and doors are foamed in place with polyurethane insulation, which has zero ozone depletion or global warming potential. For mobility, 5-inch castors bring the cabinet to a comfortable 36-inch working height. Fitted with 12-inch-long recessed handles that are set in place with sturdy sheet metal interlocks, the positive-seal doors swing within cabinet dimensions. With their one-piece construction, the magnetic gaskets can be removed for maintenance.

In the True TWT-93-HC worktop refrigerator, two shelves help organize each section. They are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments and come with four chrome-plated clips apiece. The self-contained capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the factory-balanced refrigeration system uses guided airflow to maintain uniform product temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Electronically commutated fan motors ensure motor reliability by using minimal heat and moving air consistently. To facilitate access, the condensing unit of this refrigerator is located in the back and slides out.

When employed alongside regular preventive maintenance, the compressor fan motor's self-cleaning feature helps lengthen the unit's lifespan and lower energy consumption. The fan motor reverses for 20 seconds each start up to blow away dirt from the condensing coil and improve overall performance.
