Constructed of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated steel back to prevent corrosion, the True TWT-93D-6-HC worktop refrigerator works great in professional kitchens. It includes a backsplash made from the same metal sheet as the top, so no seams where food could get stuck are formed. Foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation, the cabinet has 5-inch stem castors and a 36-inch work surface height. Its six drawers can accommodate a total of twelve full-size food pans or several small pans if divider bars are purchased separately. Each drawer is fitted with a 12-inch-long recessed handle, removable magnetic gaskets, and stainless steel rollers and slides.

The True TWT-93D-6-HC worktop refrigerator has a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which is ideal for food preservation. Its electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors operate reliably at high efficiency without producing much heat. To provide uniform product temperatures, the factory-balanced refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and guided airflow.

To improve the performance of the condensing coil, the compressor fan motor's reversal technology helps remove buildup to maintain a clean coil surface. It blows air in reverse for 20 seconds each time the compressor cycles on, cleaning away dirt and dust. Though it can lengthen the unit's lifespan and reduce energy usage, this feature isn't a substitute regular preventive maintenance.A
