For storing pans of prepared food in a safe environment and providing a convenient equipment area, the Turbo Air PRCBE-60R-N-FT PRO series refrigerated chef base is a single-section unit with two slide-out drawers and a flat, durable top capable of accommodating units as heavy as 788 pounds. This 60-inch-wide by 33¹/₂-inch-deep by 26³/₈-inch-tall unit is positioned on 4-inch swivel casters and is made of rigid, 16-gauge stainless steel that resists rust, corrosion, and wear. Great for compact kitchens, its front-breathing design operates efficiently in narrow areas, and the compressor is side mounted to ease maintenance.

The Turbo Air PRCBE-60R-N-FT chef base's self-contained refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate changing menus. This unit operates with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a self-cleaning condenser that automatically brushes itself daily to reduce maintenance. Operators can monitor interior temperatures with the digital temperature display mounted on the front panel, and to minimize energy loss, the top, cabinet, and solid doors are foamed in place with high-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation. Each drawer boasts a 180-pound capacity and can support three 6-inch-deep full-size pans (sold separately).
