The unit can be placed between kitchen prep areas and servicing stations since it has a convenient, pass-thru design. The R-290 refrigerant maintains temperatures ranging from 33 to 38 degrees. Staff members can check the storage temperature with the digital display. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed-in-place to retain the interior temperatures while also giving the cabinet structure.
