Built with two drawers and a 12-pan mega top layout, the Turbo Air PST-28-12-D2-N PRO Series prep table accommodates sandwich and salad preparation in compact kitchens. Its 7-cubic-foot refrigerated base includes a single shelf and interior LED lighting for clear visibility. The stainless steel cabinet has a galvanized bottom and aluminum door liner to improve insulation. A 9¹/₂-in.-deep polyethylene cutting board is mounted with a side rail for prep space. The unit is designed with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and rests on swivel casters for mobility.

The Turbo Air PST-28-12-D2-N prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes a self-cleaning condenser to remove dust buildup automatically. Its cold bunker airflow system creates an air shield around the pan area to keep food at safe holding temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A digital controller monitors cabinet conditions externally, and fan control reduces temperature disruption during drawer use. This unit operates between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit and includes insulated, removable hood components for top access cleaning.
