Built to support intensive prep workflows, the Turbo Air PST-48-18-D4-N PRO Series sandwich/salad table features a two-section refrigerated base with four drawers for flexible cold storage. Each drawer accommodates a combination of full-size, third-size, and sixth-size pans up to 6 inches deep (pans not included). The cabinet is made of stainless steel, with a galvanized steel bottom for added durability, and a polyethylene cutting board spans the front, measuring 9¹/₂ inches deep and ¹/₂ inch thick, fitted with a side rail for convenience. LED lighting brightens the interior for visibility during use.

The Turbo Air PST-48-18-D4-N prep table includes an 18-pan mega top cutout shielded by an insulated hood and lid. A cold bunker airflow system maintains safe temperatures around the pans, supported by a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system using R290 refrigerant. A self-cleaning condenser removes dust daily to protect performance, while a digital controller and external display track internal conditions. The unit operates between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit and includes swivel casters for mobility.
