The Turbo Air PST-60-24-N sandwich and salad prep table is a two-section unit that can hold 24 pans as deep as 6 inches, providing users with a large volume and variety of chilled ingredients to choose from. Its two doors are solid, insulated, and lined with aluminum. To keep contents secure, each door has a lock, and the unit's exterior is made of durable, dent-resistant stainless steel. Steel shelves provide organized storage for the table's interior, which is also made of stainless steel with a galvanized bottom.

Because it has a self-cleaning condenser, the Turbo Air PST-60-24-N prep table's refrigeration system is resistant to clogs and buildup of dust particles, leading to a longer condenser life. The rear-mounted compressor operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for reduced environmental impact, while its cold bunker system circulates air around the sides and bottom of food pans to ensure they stay cold even when the lid is open.
