A 9¹/₂-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board spans the front, while the 16-pan top opening is covered by an insulated hood and lid that can be removed for cleaning. Its Cold Bunker airflow system directs cold air evenly around pans to keep contents under 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

With its digital temperature controller, the Turbo Air PST-60-FB-N sandwich/salad prep table keeps contents between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. LED interior lighting and fan control support visibility and energy conservation, while the self-cleaning condenser automatically brushes away dust to help prevent mechanical failure. This two-section unit features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel bottom and is mounted on 4-inch swivel casters with locks on the front set.
