To maximize efficient use of cabinet space, two stainless steel shelves within the cabinet enable users to store multiple types of products without stacking. On top, the unit has a solid hood and lid, while its built-in polyethylene cutting board provides users with space to chop and slice sandwich components.

To reduce employee labor, the Turbo Air PST-60-G-N refrigerated sandwich prep table operates with a self-cleaning condenser that automatically removes excess dust and debris. Its refrigeration system is self-contained and rear mounted, and it operates with R290 hydrocarbon coolant to minimize its environmental impact.
