To simplify the installation process, the Turbo Air PST-72-30-D6-N Mega Top prep table features a self-contained refrigeration system; it's also equipped with a self-cleaning condenser to minimize dust accumulation. It's a two-section unit with 23 cubic feet of interior space, six drawers, and a 30-pan top opening to hold various ingredients for pizza, salad, or sandwich preparation. To enable mobility for cleaning or service, it's mounted on mobile swivel casters, two of which have locks to secure the unit in when needed. Overall, it measures 72⁵/₈ inches wide by 38¹/₄ inches deep by 44¹/₂ inches high.

The Turbo Air PST-72-30-D6-N refrigerated prep table is constructed primarily of stainless steel—a strong, rust-resistant metal that's easy to sanitize. Operators can adjust its temperature between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit using an intuitive temperature control and monitoring system. To preserve cold air, this unit is built with high-density polyurethane insulation and operates with R290 refrigerant to minimize its environmental impact.
