Providing 23 cubic feet of chilled storage space and a capacity for as many as 30 sixth-size pans, the Turbo Air PST-72-30-N-SL refrigerated prep table makes a great option for locations that need to produce a high volume of salads, pizzas, or sandwiches each day. It has two sections and operates with a self-contained, rear-mounted compressor that doesn't require any coolant line modifications to install and operate. Made of stainless and galvanized steel, this prep table is suitable for heavy use and is resistant to stains, dents, and rust.
The Turbo Air PST-72-30-N-SL sandwich and salad prep table has a sliding lid design and two solid doors with locks to keep contents secure. When users open the doors, LED lighting illuminates the interior to help locate necessary supplies. On top, a 91/2-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board gives users a place to assemble orders as well as slice and dice ingredients as desired.
