Turbo Air PST-72-D4-FB-N 72 5/8" PRO Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v
Outfitted with four drawers, the Turbo Air PST-72-D4-FB-N PRO Mega Top sandwich/salad prep table provides organized cold storage under its stainless steel pan rail. The top opening accommodates 18 sixth-size condiment pans under a pair of insulated hoods, both of which can be removed for thorough cleaning. To facilitate prep work, a 91/2-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board spans the length of the unit and is fitted with a side rail. The Cold Bunker system directs refrigerated air across the pan area to help maintain safe temperatures under 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Equipped with front-breathing airflow and a self-contained refrigeration system, the Turbo Air PST-72-D4-FB-N prep table features a self-cleaning condenser that automatically removes dust accumulation. The cabinet is built of stainless steel inside and out, with a galvanized steel bottom for added durability. A digital control system manages interior temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit, and the external display provides easy readout. Mounted on 4-inch swivel casters with locking fronts, the unit is mobile but secure when stationary.
