This two-section unit includes two doors with locks and two internal stainless steel shelves. Above the cabinet, an 18-pan top opening holds sixth-size pans under two insulated hoods that are removable for cleaning. A 9¹/₂-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board runs along the front and features a side rail.

Engineered with LED interior lighting and a door-activated fan control system, the Turbo Air PST-72-FB-N sandwich/salad prep table enhances visibility while conserving energy. Its Cold Bunker system circulates chilled air around all sides of the food pans to maintain food-safe temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system includes a self-cleaning condenser and runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
