Its exterior is made of 22-gauge stainless steel with a galvanized steel bottom, while the interior includes stainless steel walls and floor for durability. A digital temperature control system includes an external display for quick readouts. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation retains internal conditions, and the unit is supported by 4-inch swivel casters with locking brakes on the front.
