Turbo Air TAR-36RB 36" Gas Range w/ Full Charbroiler & Standard Oven, Natural Gas
The Turbo Air TAR-36RB heavy-duty gas range is designed with a 36-inch-wide charbroiler along the top. Ideal for cooking chargrilled vegetables and meat, this broiler is thermostatically controlled via the six knobs, which are evenly spaced for uniform cooking. The broiler top is reversable as desired to accommodate a variety of products. A grease runner catches scraped off debris, and the crumb tray catches debris from backed foods. The overall unit is made of stainless steel and sits on 6-inch legs.
The base of this Turbo Air TAR-36RB gas range includes a standard oven so operators can bake, roast, and prepare dishes while cooking on the charbroiler. This oven has a temperature range of 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and comes with a rack to support standard pans. Durable and resistant to corrosion, the oven interior is made of stainless steel.
