To streamline installation, it features a self-contained refrigeration system and uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold product at temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees. These levels can be adjusted with the unit's digital temperature control.

Because the Turbo Air TBP-36-46FDN refrigerated bakery case is mounted on casters, operators can comfortably wheel it between locations as needed. Its interior is brightened with LED lighting and can be accessed through the sliding rear doors.
