Its interior accommodates 12.5-cubic-feet to display cakes and other chilled desserts. For a simple appearance, its case has tempered glass front and sides and is bordered with a black frame. Lined with LED lighting, this display case illuminates products to enhance visibility and improve sales, while its 2 adjustable glass shelves can hold a variety of products.

The Turbo Air TBP36-54NN-S full-service bakery display case is insulated with high-density polyurethane to preserve interior temperatures, which can be monitored with its digital temperature controller. Its stainless steel exterior and airflow grille offers a modern look that's simple to wipe clean. To reduce manual cleaning tasks and possible system failures, its self-cleaning design automatically brushes the condenser daily to remove dirt and dust. If issues occur, the compressor compartment can be accessed through the rear. It measures 35³/₈ inches long by 27¹/₂ inches deep by 54¹³/₁₀₀ inches high, running on natural, R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerants. Operators can simply move or lock this unit in place with its 3-inch swivel casters.
