To retain chilled air, the Turbo Air TBP60-54NN-S full-service bakery display case runs on R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is insulated with high-density polyurethane. It comes with a digital temperature controller to regulate and monitor its interior climate. Its exterior is made of durable stainless steel, while its 21.8-cubic-feet interior is surrounded by a tempered glass case and LED lighting for optimal product visibility.

The Turbo Air TBP60-54NN-S full-service bakery display case has two adjustable shelves to accommodate variously sized bakery items. For interior access, operators can use its sliding glass doors or front glass opening, and because it's a self-contained system, it doesn't need plumbing access and is quick to install. To prevent system malfunction, it's self-cleaning condenser is automatically brushed daily for debris removal, and it can be accessed through the rear compartment if needed. It is mounted on 3-inch, rear-locking swivel casters for flexible placement and overall, measures 59 inches long by 27 ¹/₂ inches deep by 54¹³/₁₀₀ inches high.
