Designed with a compact footprint and extended top surface, the Turbo Air TCBE-36SDR-E-N6 Super Deluxe chef base provides space for countertop equipment and undercounter refrigeration in one unit. The reinforced one-piece stainless steel top is insulated to prevent heat transfer and supports up to 788 pounds of equipment. Two stainless steel drawers with recessed handles accommodate one full-size and three sixth-size pans per drawer (pans not included), while drawer slides are built for consistent performance.

Outfitted with a self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system, the Turbo Air TCBE-36SDR-E-N6 chef base operates between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant. A digital temperature display is mounted to the front for quick reference. Its self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust buildup by brushing the coil daily, and the hot gas condensate system reduces excess moisture inside the cabinet. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to promote cold air retention. The interior includes an anti-corrosion coated evaporator.
